Donate to Mount Zion Temple

In the Torah we are taught that tzedakah is a mitzvah, an obligation. It is an act of righteousness and justice. In our Jewish tradition we have found a way to make the giving of tzedakah part of almost every occasion: Zikaron (in memory), Simcha (joyous celebration), Kavod (honor) or responding to a human need. There can be no finer way to honor a beloved relative or friend than to contribute in this person's honor to the Temple on the occasion of a significant event such as a birthday, wedding, anniversary, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or recovery from illness.
